For 1st-time telephone or video appointments with new clients only. Includes reviewing the completed Intake Form, and discussion of options for Chapters 7 and/or 13. The Intake Form and review of disclosures must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment. The fee for the first consultation is $0.00 for up to 15 minutes then $87 for each additional 15-minute period. Your electronic payment method must be provided prior to extending the consultation and prior to any follow-up.
